Founders Larry and Angelena Braxton — a devoted husband‑and‑wife team — carry more than 30 years of lived experience after reentry, transforming one of life’s hardest journeys into a story of hope, healing, and purpose.

Nearly three decades after rebuilding their lives post‑incarceration, they chose to turn their testimony into service. As formerly justice‑impacted leaders who have walked every step of the reentry path themselves, they understand the fears, the barriers, and the quiet victories in ways no textbook ever could. Their resilience is not just inspiring — it’s evidence. Living proof that sustainable reentry is possible.

"Life Support Community Services has been a life line for me. They have helped me coordinate and apply for healthcare, transportation and other financial support services that I didn't know I qualified for. As an 80 year old, caring for two special needs grand children, I need a lot of help. Their father has had several stints with incarceration, and is still suffering the impacts of substance abuse.
